Bio: Coral plays these Challenges very well and always manages to make it to the final team--even though everyone agrees she uses manipulation to get there. We know she's smart but she proved she's athletically strong on The Inferno, winning the Lifesaver several times. Her getting bit by a spider and being unable to complete the final mission at The Gauntlet caused her team to lose the final mission. There are lots of people who don't like Coral, but most people are too chicken to stand up to her (except Julie, who challenged her to a wrestling match). She's not apologizing either, and says, "I play the game the way I play the game and everybody can kiss my ass." But Abe brought out her softer side during Battle of the Sexes 2. After a break from Challenges will we again see a softer Coral? Or will she be back and bitchier than ever?
Note: Prior to the "Batten Down The Hatches" challenge, Coral and Evan were removed from the competition due to their injuries. Coral had a severe breathing problem and suffered a kneecap injury after the "Human Ox-Pull" challenge.
The Gauntlet III
Bio: Coral's notorious ability to form alliances has carried her to many a Challenge Final. Remember when Alton saved her over The Real World: Chicago's Theo during the first Gauntlet? That's a mistake that came back to bite them, literally, when a spider bite prevented Coral from completing the Final Challenge. After taking a few Challenges off, does Coral have enough connections to coast to the cash again?
Note: Following the "Over the Edge" challenge, Coral withdrew from the game due to her outcast status on the team, being abandoned by former friend and ally Evan, and being voted into the Gauntlet against Evelyn.
Coral served as a pre-season replacement partner for Mike Mizanin during Battle of the Seasons. Lori Trespicio was originally cast as Mike's partner, but felt uneasy about flying on a plane following the events of September 11.
Coral and Evan Starkman were the first cast members to be deemed unable to continue on a Challenge season due to injury.
